The programme covers 4 key areas:

  1. The V-care guarantee is part of our V Health & Safety programme which provides the organisation of all necessary healthcare services during your stay (also in the case of COVID-19).
  2. V Health&Safety CleanSpace includes enhanced protocols for cleaning accommodation and communal areas in accordance with WHO and ECDC recommendations
  3. V Health&Safety Food programme ensures maximum food and drink safety in all restaurants and bars (HACCP standard certified by SGS)

ACCOMMODATION

  • We have introduced private guest and luggage transfer by electric vehicles within the campsite (*available at some campsites)
  • CleanSpace guarantees that high-touch surfaces in camping homes and glamping tents have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and ensures that nobody has entered them prior to guests’ arrival.
  • To ensure complete privacy, our CleanSpace policy also offers the option to cancel the cleaning service in your camping home or glamping tent during your stay.
